Offer Terms for Free Trial of Electric Pallet Truck:

1. Duration of the Trial Period

• The electric pallet truck FORK PRE15 can be tested for free for 7 days by filling out an application form on our website.

2. Application Process and Delivery

• After submitting the application form, our specialist will contact you to arrange convenient delivery terms.
• You can pick up the electric pallet truck at our warehouse at Tīraines iela 15A, Riga, or request delivery to the specified address. Delivery costs are 45 euros + VAT.

3. Documentation and Payment

• During the trial period, an invoice will be issued with deferred payment for 10 days. This document will be used if you decide to purchase the pallet truck after the trial period.

4. Return Terms

• If you wish to return the pallet truck after the trial period, you must do so within 7 days, notifying our specialist in advance.
• The pallet truck can be returned personally to our warehouse at Tīraines iela 15A, Riga, or by using our courier service. The cost for return by courier is 45 euros + VAT.
• Returns must be made within 7 days from the issuance date.

5. Purchase Terms After the Trial Period

• If you decide to purchase the electric pallet truck after the trial period, the amount indicated on the invoice must be paid within 10 days from the date of issuance.
• Payment can be made in one installment or in three installments by prior agreement with a specialist.
