620x620 mm container for collecting chemicals with a grid - used to protect against leakage of substances from tanks and barrels stored on them.

If a container standing on a chemical collection container is damaged, its contents will flow into the container. Thanks to this, the substance can be effectively protected - it is not contaminated during leakage, so it is suitable for repeated use.

The container is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 2-2.5 mm in the tank part and 2-3 mm in the base. The structure is welded from two sides, which ensures hermeticity and gives it strength. The main advantages of the container are a durable, galvanized, removable grid and special legs for transport with forklifts and pallet trucks.

Containers are thoroughly cleaned and degreased before painting. They are then coated with an anti-corrosion primer and polyurethane paint in a semi-matte finish, which provides protection against weather and rust when the containers are used outdoors, and facilitates cleaning thanks to the smooth surface of the surface structure.
