Self-dumping containers are specially designed metal containers that allow you to efficiently and safely move or unload various materials and waste using a forklift. They are durable, versatile and suitable for various industries such as manufacturing companies, construction sites, farms and warehouses. All models are painted with high-quality polyurethane paint, which acts as anti-corrosion protection.
Dump containers (self-dumpers) are metal containers designed for forklifts. They are made of sheet metal with a thickness of 3 mm in the tank part and 4 mm in the base. The construction is welded on both sides, which gives it strength and tightness. In addition, the containers have several reinforcements that make the containers very durable. They are equipped with a foot that prevents slipping from the forklift and a blocker that prevents tipping during transport. In addition, bottom safety beams are installed in the base, which protect the tank from impacts. Dump containers have double unloading systems - a lever for dumping the container, as well as an automatic switch (handle), which allows the driver to unload the container without leaving the vehicle.
Dump containers are coated with an anti-corrosion primer and polyurethane paint in a semi-matte finish. They provide protection against weather and rust when containers are used outdoors and facilitate cleaning due to the smooth surface of the surface structure.
