Laboratory desks
Laboratory tables are specialized furniture designed for scientific research, laboratory tests and other work that requires a comfortable and reliable workplace. Laboratory benches are used in a variety of industries, including industrial, medical, chemical and food manufacturing. They are resistant to chemicals, moderate mechanical damage and stand out for their easy care.
The main types of laboratory tables:
- Anti-vibration tables: Designed to work with precision vibration-sensitive equipment. They have damping elements that reduce vibrations and ensure stability during measurements.
- Wall tables: can be placed along the walls of the laboratory, providing convenient access to communications and saving space. Suitable for working with equipment that needs to be connected to water, electricity or gas.
- Island tables: placed in the center of the room, with a large work area, providing access to the work surface from all sides.
Laboratory tables are equipped with different types of work surfaces depending on the requirements of use:
- Post-formed chipboard work surface, which ensures resistance to mechanical and chemical influences.
- The high-pressure laminate (HPL) surface combines the lightness of plywood with the chemical resistance of a plastic coating.
- Stainless steel work surfaces are characterized by high resistance to corrosion, easy cleaning and hygiene.
- Plastic worktops are made of plastic that provides resistance to aggressive chemicals.
- Ceramic tile surfaces withstand temperature fluctuations and chemical effects.
- The use of granite provides increased strength and wear resistance, which is necessary when creating a stable work surface.
