Bottom discharging container FDMB500

FDMB container can be dumped from below with a volume of 750 l - intended for work with forklifts, cranes and manual pallet trucks.

FMDB bottom tipping containers are made of solid sheet steel with a thickness of 2-3 mm in the tank part and 3 mm in the base. The structure has several reinforcements and is welded on both sides, which gives it strength.

Pockets for forklift forks are placed both at the bottom and top of the container. Fork pockets in the base isolate the tank from the ground and also allow for transport using a manual pallet truck. On the other hand, thanks to the fork pockets in the upper part, it is possible to stack containers one on top of the other, as well as to move them with different cranes.

The container opens from the bottom, which allows you to quickly unload its contents. To do this, a lever located on one of the side walls is used. Closing the container is done by pressing the flap against the side of the container where the waste was unloaded, or by simply placing the container on a flat surface.

The structure is made of steel and coated with an anti-corrosion primer and polyurethane paint in a semi-matte finish. The coating provides protection against weather and rust and facilitates cleaning due to the surface structure.
