The metal warehouse pallet racking system is an efficient way to place pallets, maximizing room space optimization.

Metal pallet racks are easy-to-use and easy-to-assemble racks with a high load capacity. The shelves can be used not only for placing pallets, but by using additional equipment (veneer shelf surfaces or shelf grids), small items and non-standard goods can also be placed on the shelves.

The pallet racking system consists of a base or standard section, as well as additional sections that can be connected to it, which connect to the leg frame of one side of the base section.

Additional section to pallet rack:

• Consisting of one vertical post and horizontal beams: It is added to an already existing base section to extend the shelving system.
• Not self-contained: An additional section requires a base section to stand and function.

They will be useful for a warehouse of a small shop or a logistics company, a garage, a workshop, a car repair shop, as well as for large and spacious warehouses. These shelves are available with easily adjustable shelf height and shelf spacing, which will allow you to adjust the placement depending on the size of the goods and materials.

Pallet racks are available in a wide range of standard sizes:

• Height: from 2000 mm to 12000 mm;
• Width: 1800 mm (2 pallet spaces); 2700 mm (3 pallet spaces); 3600 mm (4 pallet places);
• Depth: standard 1100 mm.

Pallet rack levels are available with different load capacities. The total shelf weight capacity per pallet space is available from 200 kg up to 3000 kg in standard versions.

If you need pallet racks with a higher load capacity or other customized dimensions, it is possible to place an order with the manufacturer and an individual solution will be provided for the needs of each customer.

Pallet racking systems are available with additional equipment:

• Shelf barriers and protection systems that will protect warehouse shelves against impacts or any other external conditions that could damage the shelves or the goods on them;
• For metal grids (grated plate);
• For veneer coverings.
