Welding table with protective shields, lamp and filtration, cleaning function for safe welding work.

During welding and cutting on the welder's table, contaminated air can be removed either through a work surface grate or an exhaust device. The incoming flow of polluted air passes through a pre-filter, which simultaneously precipitates large particles of pollution and protects the filter cassette from sparks on its surface. Then the air flow passes evenly through the fine filter, which captures pollution particles down to 0.05 microns. As a result, the purified air passing through the exhaust chamber and the fan is thrown out through the louvered grid on the side wall of the table.

The filter cassette is cleaned by introducing a short pulse of compressed air through the valve into its inner cavity, where the compressed air flow is evenly distributed with the help of a special stabilizer. As a result of this pulse, the filter cassette is shaken, in which the particles settled on its surface fall into the dust collector. The filter cartridge can be cleaned automatically when the fan is on or off, and manually when the welder table is off.

The filter operation and the self-cleaning process are controlled through an external touch control panel.
