Types of pallet racks and their advantages

Warehouse pallet racks are a great way to make the most efficient use of warehouse space. Metal pallet racks are easy-to-use and easy-to-assemble racks with high durability and load capacity. The shelves can be used for placing pallets, as well as using additional equipment (veneer shelf surfaces or shelf grids) it is possible to place small items and non-standard goods on the shelves.

Pallet racks are available in a wide range of standard sizes:
     - Shelves height (1000/2000/2500/3000/3500/4000/4500/5000 mm)
     - Width of pallet racks: 1800mm (2 pallet places); 2700mm (3 pallet places); 3600 (4 pallet places)
     - Depth of pallet racks: 1100mm

Pallet rack levels are available with different load capacities and weight resistances. The total load capacity of the shelves per pallet space is available from 200kg up to 2000kg in standard versions. Warehouse pallet racks are available with easily adjustable shelf height and mutual shelf distance, which will allow you to adjust the placement of the specific pallet racks depending on the size of goods and materials, which will additionally allow you to optimize the use of warehouse spaces and their costs.

Wide aisles or traditional pallet racks are a widely used solution in terms of logistics and functionality.
     - Direct access to each palette;
     - Convenient inventory review and control;
     - Stable and reliable construction with a wide range of load capacity and height;
     - Wide adaptability with additional accessories and functional elements;
     - It is possible to integrate light shelving systems (universal metal shelves) into pallet racks, for more convenient handling of stocks by hand, without using lifting equipment;
     - Wide aisles or traditional pallet racks are a solution for a wide range of applications, including the possibility of operating in special temperature conditions: in freezers up to -30C, in refrigerators, in outdoor warehouses and in aggressive environments;

Pallet racking systems are available with additional equipment:
     - Shelf barriers and protection systems that will protect warehouse shelves, their legs (struts) against impacts or any other external conditions that can damage the shelves or the goods on them;
     - Metal grid of pallet racks (latted board);
     - Veneer covering of pallet racks;

The pallet rack system consists of a base or standard section, as well as additional sections that can be connected to it, which connect to the leg frame of one side of the base section.
